Version, date and limits are read from the repo on every sync, and the check runs every night. Real-world runs are listed only with their evidence.
Tells search engines about a site's new and changed pages through every channel that has an API, and lists the few steps that still need a person. Sends live pages that are new since the last run to IndexNow (Bing, Yandex, Seznam, Naver), resubmits the sitemap to Google Search Console, reads Google's index status, and ends with a short hand-submit list for Google's Request indexing button and Brave's form, which have no API.
Measured from the packed archive at commit becffb2. A skill is plain text your agent reads, so this list is all of it.
