Make a decision

Turn a hard question into a decision you can defend: gather sourced evidence, read your own numbers, attack the options, then write the memo.

The steps, in order.

  1. Step 1

Research Brief Answers “what is known about this” with a sourced brief: overviews, competitor and industry analysis, fact checks with conflicts flagged, every claim tied to a dated source and every unknown named. unversioned
  2. Step 2 · optional

Data Readout Turns the numbers you already own into a readout you can act on: it opens the real file first, then gives findings with the business implication of each, chart specs and the caveats that matter. unversioned
  3. Step 3 · pick one

Crash Test Crash-tests a decision before you build it. Four fixed roles draft the same task in separate contexts and attack each other's drafts anonymously; the chair merges what survived on evidence, not votes, keeps a dissent log for what it could not settle, and grounds the winner's claims about your files against the source before adopting them. unversioned Do Better When an answer is bad, don't ask twice: N sub-agents (100 by default, 16 with --quick) get the exact same task with different strategy cards, then attack, defend and judge each other in a single-elimination bracket until one solution survives. v1.0.0
  4. Step 4

Strategy Memo Turns a business question into a decision document: situation analysis, a recommendation written as ranked options, the risks, and a roadmap someone can execute. unversioned
